Abby Loomis joined Christoffersen Law in 2017 after practicing immigration law at other prominent Seattle firms for over 20 years. Her practice includes assisting both corporate and individual clients with all aspects of the immigration process, from temporary work visas to US permanent residency, and ultimately US citizenship. While her practice covers the full span of US immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, she specializes in PERM, National Interest Waiver, and EB1 filings. On a volunteer basis, Abby has worked with unaccompanied minors and asylum applicants.

Abby came to the practice of immigration law after several years of practice in the area of commercial litigation. She finds it very gratifying to be in a position to help people get through the immigration process and achieve their personal and professional goals in the United States. She also greatly enjoys working with clients from around the world and believes strongly in the tremendous benefits immigrants bring to the United States. Abby has lived in Mexico, Germany, and French Polynesia, and has been greatly enriched by these experiences. In this complex and shrinking world, she believes that having people from other countries visit the United States, work here, settle here, and contribute to our cultural and economic life, enriches us in multiple ways and she is glad to be able to contribute to this process.
